The Girls Sewing Project is an economic empowerment initiative aimed at supporting 30 teenage and young mothers in fashion and design in Kakiri sub county. The participants are equipped with fashion and design skills, entrepreneurship as well as capital support. Furthermore, through group savings, they mobilise funds to invest in their business while enhancing income security.
